1. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the name, email address and requirements you enter, together with any optional company information, product or project context, and files you choose to upload. Other language versions of our forms may also request quantity or telephone information. Subsequent business correspondence may contain additional information you provide.
Inquiry records include submission time, language, source page and available referral or campaign information, such as the landing page and UTM source, medium and campaign. These details help us understand how you reached us; browser-provided attribution is not independently verified.
Our infrastructure providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser characteristics, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Only upload files you are authorized to share.
2. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry, clarify requirements and prepare quotations.
- Communicate about drawings, samples, production and related business requests.
- Deliver inquiry notifications to our sales team and manage follow-up.
- Understand inquiry sources, operate the website and prevent spam or misuse.
- Maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate business interests such as responding to requests and securing our services. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
3. Service providers and international processing
Authorized LDZY staff and providers supporting hosting, security, data storage and email delivery may process information needed to provide those services. Our website and inquiry service use Cloudflare, including Workers, D1, private R2 storage, Turnstile and Access. Inquiry notifications are delivered to our business mailbox and may include your message, source information and uploaded attachments.
We operate in China. Our infrastructure and email providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to the processing.
We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services. Embedded videos and external links involve third-party services with their own privacy practices. A video provider may receive technical information when its content loads or plays.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser session storage to associate available referral and campaign information with your inquiry. This attribution record is reused for up to 24 hours within the browser session. After a successful submission, a separate record stores only the inquiry reference and submission time so the thank-you page can display a confirmation for up to 24 hours. Neither record contains your message or attachment contents.
Cloudflare security features may use cookies or similar technologies. Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse; Access manages authenticated staff access to the inquiry administration area.
Our website supports optional Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics integrations. If enabled, these services process website usage information according to their configuration. Google Analytics may use cookies. Browser privacy controls can restrict cookies and storage, although this may affect some features. This policy does not replace any consent controls required for optional tracking.
5. Retention and uploaded files
Uploaded files in our private inquiry storage are configured for automatic deletion after 30 days. Lifecycle deletion is processed asynchronously, so removal may not happen at the exact 30-day boundary.
This rule applies to the stored upload, not to every copy of the file. Attachments delivered by email, business correspondence and inquiry records may remain in our business systems for handling your request, maintaining necessary records or meeting legal obligations. They are not automatically deleted by the upload-storage lifecycle rule.
We retain personal information only as needed for its business purpose and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to ask about the information associated with your inquiry or to request deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, private upload storage, anti-abuse checks and restricted staff access to help protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, and contact us if you believe information has been disclosed incorrectly.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or request data portability. Where consent is the basis for processing, withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Email sales04@ldzy.hk to make a privacy request. Describe what you need and, where available, provide the inquiry reference. We may need to confirm your identity or your authority to act for another person before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
You may also contact the data protection authority relevant to your location. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain if a legal obligation limits what we can do.
8. Children
This website is intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us so we can review and address the matter.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
