Before requesting a quote

Match the post, insulator and PCB dimensions

The exposed mating post and the solder tail serve different purposes. Review their dimensions together with the intended mating socket.

Mating post: Provide the pin cross-section and required mating-post length for review against the intended socket drawing.
Insulator and mounting: Specify insulator height, THT or SMT mounting and the required footprint. For stacked constructions, include the spacing between insulators.
Documented configurations: Compare the selected series drawing for row arrangement, straight or right-angle construction and THT or SMT footprint. Availability varies by configuration.

Prepare your configuration request

Include the series or drawing reference, rows, positions per row, mounting, post and tail dimensions, mating socket and quantity.

Pin length, insulator height, row arrangement, straight or right-angle construction, SMT or THT mounting and plating can be customized to your requirements. Send the dimensions and mating-part information for review.

Custom header production MOQ is generally 5,000 pieces per model or configuration. Samples are free when existing tooling supports the requested insulator height; otherwise sample charges are confirmed for the project. Free samples exclude freight. Packaging can follow your requirements.
